We are a mixed billing practice.
Our fee structure is as follows.

During standard hours (weekdays and Saturdays 9am to 1pm), we will bulk-bill patients who are under the age of 16 as well as patients who hold valid health care, pension, DVA or concession cards.

Cancellation Policy:

If an appointment is cancelled within four hours prior to the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of $50 applies.

Patients with No Medicare Card
Patient with no Medicare card will pay full amount and may be able to claim the receipt through their private health insurance where applicable.

Cancellation Policy:

We allow a 2-hour notice period for any appointment cancellation or reschedule. Any late cancellations or did not attend appointments a $50 fee may apply.
